Ex-official of the migration service in Odessa region sentenced to 5 years imprisonment

ODESSA-KIEV. 28 Nov. UNN. In the Odessa region for the systematic bribery of a former official of the GMR GU was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.

“Former official of the Main Directorate of State migration service in Odessa region found guilty of bribery. The decision of the Kiev district court sentenced the man to 5 years in prison for committing a crime under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.

Recall that the specified officials of the migration service revealed on 8 August last year, when illegal receipt of benefits.

The official demanded from the owner of firms monthly bribe for not bringing to administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty for the violation of employment procedure in its enterprise of a foreigner without the necessary documents, and also for avoiding administrative liability specified employee.
