The representative of Ukraine in the working sub-group on political issues of the Trilateral contact group (TAG) Roman Bezsmertnyi believes that the negotiations on the Donbass require a sober assessment and “everyone needs to remove the rose-colored glasses,” writes “Диалог.UA”.
In addition, the expert told “Today” that he considers it a positive step further dilution of the forces in the East of Ukraine.
“From my point of view, it basically depends on the ability to communicate with each other. And in this format now are a few generations between which, as shown by the political experience in Ukraine, there is a conflict,”he said.
In his opinion, it is difficult to predict how events will develop in the channel process, because many things are determined exclusively by personal contacts between participants.
“Remember how started meeting of the leaders of USA and Russia when they said that they agreed to call each other Boris and bill. Remember? And then we agreed to call each other Peter and Francois.
