The Prosecutor failed to collect evidence to prosecute the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mykola Skoryk for the events in Odessa 2014. “During the investigation of events in Odessa, we, unfortunately, failed to find enough evidence to bring you to justice. You pointed out an insufficient number of witnesses. But your Deputy is already on trial for beating peaceful demonstrators, than you quietly watched from the window of his Governor’s office,” he said.
