March 13, Kyiv Economic court opened proceedings in the bankruptcy of a major distributor of plant protection products (plant protection products), seeds and fertilizers “Empire-agro” claim “Agrotrade Ukraine LTD”. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified state register of court decisions.
According to the judicial register, “Agrotrade Ukraine LTD.” has submitted the claim about bankruptcy “Empire-agro” because of the inability of the company to repay debt of 9.73 million UAH. The court also appointed the executor of the estate “Empire-agro”.
We will remind, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in April 2015, approved the purchase of “Empire-agro” of a controlling stake in PJSC “Agroprompostach” (Kropiwnicki), which is engaged in warehousing.
OOO “Imperiya-agro” was founded in 2007. The company is one of Ukraine’s largest distributors of plant protection products, seeds and fertilizers. In 2013, its net income was $ 178 million UAH, net profit – 6,5 million UAH.
