“We are ready to provide a full range of services in Ukraine. Our company has a closed production cycle of electronic documents, which are the basis of the services quality of e-government. But, remember that if in my pocket there is no mechanism that identificeret me online, then I have no way to use the services of e-government”, — says one of the top managers of IIG Andrey Pervushin. A high level security ID cards, in his opinion, the state can provide, if free will issue ID documents.
