KIEV. April 4. UNN. The appellate court of Odessa region refused satisfaction of the appeal complaint of protection of the driver of Victoria Beckham, brought to administrative responsibility for driving while intoxicated. This was reported by the press service of Appellate court of Odessa region, reports UNN.
“Twenty-four, a resident of Odessa Beckham V. S. at night, being in an alcohol intoxication that, in particular, confirmed by the conclusion of medical examination, driving a BMW car driving on prospect Shevchenko in Odessa”, – stated in the message.
Primorsky district court of Odessa found the woman guilty in violation of paragraph 2.9 traffic Regulations of Ukraine, and qualified its actions under article 130 part 1 of the Article by assigning a penalty within the sanctions of this article in the form of 10200 UAH fine to the state income with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for one year.
“In the appeal the defender of the offender raised the question about cancellation of court orders and the release of Beckham V. S. from administrative responsibility in connection with violations by the police in drawing up the Protocol against Beckham V. S. instructions on how to identify the drivers of vehicles of signs of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or stay under influence of drugs that reduce attention and speed of reaction”, – noted in press service.
However, the appeals court examined the appeal and the materials of the case, declared the complaint unfounded and affirmed the decision of the court of first instance unchanged.
It should be noted that Odessa Victoria Beckham is the namesake of the wife of footballer David Beckham Victoria, however, has directly nothing to do with her.
