Uncategorized January 23, 2018

KIEV. 23 Jan. UNN. Limitation of activities of state supervision and control over business activities is extended until 31 December 2018. This was announced by State regulatory service of Ukraine, reports UNN.

It is noted that constraints on the conduct of bodies of state supervision (control) scheduled measures for implementation of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity was extended to 31 December 2018 (in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Concluding provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On State budget of Ukraine to 2018” from 07.12.17 g.. No. 2246-VIII, which entered into force on 1 January 2018.)

However, in the list of grounds for unscheduled measures of state supervision (control) added two new ones.

“in the case of occurrence of an event having a significant negative impact in accordance with criteria approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on the rights, legal interests, life and health, environmental protection and security of the state;

– to verify a business entity regulations, orders or other regulatory documents on elimination of violations of requirements of the legislation issued according to the results of the pre-event body of state supervision (control)”, – stated in the message.

In the civil service said that subsequently publish the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers to determine the list korolowka bodies which do not fall under the moratorium on inspections.

“The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers before July 1, 2018 must develop and approve the concept and plan of measures to reform the system of state supervision (control) with the aim of introducing a risk-based approach to the implementation of measures of the state supervision (control) in all spheres of economic activity,” noted the regulatory Agency.

As reported UNN, the moratorium on inspections of business in Ukraine operates since 2014. The decision was taken to end the pressure on entrepreneurs from the regulatory authorities than to eradicate corruption and to stimulate the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

However, over the almost 3 years of moratorium on inspections, as experts state, there has been a significant deterioration in the country’s consumer market: the decline in the quality of food, increased the number of counterfeit goods on the supermarket shelves, cases of mass poisoning, both among adults and children.

We will add that on the eve of the people’s Deputy Sergey Trigubenko called on the government to allow the inspection of suppliers of food products in children’s educational institutions.
