Canada intends twice to increase the representation of police officers-experts in Ukraine. About it reports a press-service Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine.
According to the canadian Ambassador Roman Vashchuk, it is necessary for an effective reform of the National police and improve police skills.
Ottawa is ready to support Ukraine not only in reforms, but also in the restoration of the territorial integrity, the diplomat said.
The project of support to the police training began in October 2016. It includes advice of canadian experts, supporting regional training centers and development of specialized courses.
