KIEV. 26 Feb. UNN. Accused in a deadly accident, which led to the deaths of 6 people in Kharkov, Elena Zaitsev and Gennady Dronova was taken to the room of the Kiev regional court of Kharkov for sentencing, reports the correspondent of UNN.

So, the meeting was scheduled to begin at 14:00 where judge Victor Papras must pronounce a sentence to Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronovu.

As reported UNN, on February 19 the court went to the consultative room for decision-making in the case of an accident on the street Sumy.

The Prosecutor’s office asked to appoint Zaitseva and Dronovu the maximum penalty is 10 years imprisonment.

In turn, the victims said they do not believe in repentance Zaitseva.

Protection Dronov asked the court to declare his client innocent “due to the lack in its actions of structure of a crime”.

Protection Zaitseva asked the court in sentencing to take into account two mitigating circumstances and applying the provisions of article 69-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine, which assign the maximum punishment of the accused is impossible.

The accused acted in court with last word. Drones repented and asked forgiveness from the victims. Zaitseva said that they are ready to suffer any punishment that she will appoint court.

The court went to the consultative room for decision-making.
