Bernie Sanders said he did not consider, Guido the legitimate President of Venezuela

KIEV. 22 Feb. UNN. Us Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders, who previously announced that he will run for U.S. President in the election of 2020, stated that he did not recognize the leader of the Venezuelan opposition Juan, Guido the legitimate President of Venezuela. He said this in an interview with Univision TV channel, reports UNN with reference to a number of publications that cite his comment.

The host asked Sanders a question whether he thinks Juan, Guido the legitimate President of Venezuela. “No, — said the Senator. — I believe that there are serious questions to the last (presidential) elections (in Venezuela), and there are lots of people who believe that they were fraudulent. And I think the United States should work with the international community to do so in Venezuela held free and fair elections”.

From the point of view of Sanders, the current President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro should resign and hold a “free and fair elections”, which would determine whether he should remain in power.

Sanders, who is officially an independent Senator, earlier this week said it intends in the upcoming election to qualify for nomination as a candidate in US presidents from Democratic party. It focuses on the existing U.S. social inequality, serious problems in the areas of education and health.

As reported UNN, according to the media intervention in the American elections of 2020 is already underway.
