KIEV. March 10. UNN. In the Odessa region, police began criminal proceedings upon beating of children. About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.
The incident militiamen became known of it from video published on the Internet. It recorded a female tutor, which during lessons, beats and insults the students.

Information on this fact was brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 of article 126 (beating and torture) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

“During the verification of the information revealed that the event took place in 2016 on the territory of the Belyaevsky area. The police have established the identity of the offender. The woman confessed to the crime”, – is spoken in the message.

The pretrial investigation proceeds. According to the law, such actions are punishable by a penalty to fifty free minima of the income of citizens or public works for a term of up to two hundred hours, or corrective works for the term up to one year.
