One of the lawyers of Nadiya Savchenko, a suspect in the preparation of the seizure of power, Victor Chevguz stated that it had terminated the contract with the Deputy and will no longer represent her. This Chevguz announced on his page in Facebook.
“The rejection. I have to ask, but…”, – the lawyer wrote and published their statement of withdrawal.

22 March 2018 the Verkhovna Rada has allowed the PGO to prosecute, to detain and arrest Savchenko. The Deputy is accused of preparing to seize power by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion, the creation of a terrorist group, illegal handling of weapons and ammunition, planning terrorist attack and the assassination of public figures.
On 23 March, the Shevchenko district court of Kiev arrested Savchenko for two months without the right to bail.
