ODESSA-KIEV. May 21. UNN. The convict, who with a knife attacked the employee of a corrective colony in the Odessa region, reported about suspicion. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region.
“On the given fact initiated criminal proceedings. The attacker is reported about suspicion in article 348 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (encroachment on life of law enforcement officer, the member of public formation on protection of a public order and state border or a serviceman). The question on election to it measures of restraint”, – is spoken in the message.
It is noted that the 41-year-old attacker has attacked the militiaman on the grounds of a sudden dislike. 43-year-old victim received a penetrating wound of the abdomen and liver, and was hospitalized.
Law enforcement officers at the scene in the room where the suspect lived, was discovered in advance of the crime tool – a knife with traces of blood.
