At the trade unions building in Odessa was the humorous “a monument to October”

On the Kulikovo field in Odessa House of trade unions, this morning, November 7, there was an unusual humanoid sculpture, painted red. The art object is mounted, probably on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the October revolution, represented “either a robot, or a superhero with hammer in hand, stepping on a swastika,” wrote the local edition of the Duma.

The sculpture was covered with slogans, including humorous: “proletarians of all countries, unite!”, “Glory to capitalist labor! Printing press in every house!” “All power to the imagination” etc. Who have established a figure is unknown.

The militiamen who have arrived to the area on more than ten vehicles, surrounded the facility and anybody to it did not admit.

As reported in the press service of the police of the Odessa region, at 09:57 received information that on the Kulikovo field unknown found a suspicious bag and paper sculpture.

Police checked the House of trade unions and the surrounding area for explosives, but found nothing.

Later came the representatives of the Pro-Russian movement Kulikovo field. According to them, the sculpture was installed they did not. In the end kulikovtsy removed the figure from a prominent place, hiding it under the tree.

Earlier today, 7 November, it was reportedthat in Kiev unknown filled with cement the Eternal flame at the tomb of the Unknown soldier in Park of Eternal glory.
