On this fact the Shevchenkovsky police Department began criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
“Militiamen establish the witnesses and eyewitnesses of incident, and take measures for establishment and detention of the persons involved in Commission of the specified crime”, – noted in Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
