This was announced by Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk in Telegrams channel.

“Today, we commemorate the victims of the fire. However 8 people still missing. Rescuers do not stop searches”, – he noted.
Goncharuk expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims and assured that the government will provide full support to those who have lost loved ones. He recalled that the government set up a Commission to investigate the causes of the fire in Odessa, which should provide the results of the investigation until December 20.
“The guilty will be punished”, – he added.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on the morning of 4 December in the Odessa College of Economics, law and hotel and restaurant business on the 3rd floor of a 6 storied academic building, a fire occurred, the area of which amounted to 4 thousand sq. m. this corner was occupied by 19 different organizations and agencies.
As of Sunday morning, December 8, as a result of fire killed 10 people, including one rescuer suffered – 30 (in hospitals there are 9).

We consider two versions of the ignition – emergency operation of electrical equipment and arson. Prepares a suspicion the two defendants.
