KIEV. April 6. UNN. In Odessa to seven years of imprisonment with confiscation of property condemned the citizen of an African country for the smuggling and distribution of cocaine in the territory of Ukraine. About it reports a press-the SBU center, reports UNN.
“Militiamen established that the foreigner, who temporarily lived in Odessa, with the help of email services received drugs from abroad”, – stated in the message.
International mail, the attacker has issued on the figurehead, the drugs were hidden among the various parts. After receiving another shipment in the middle of which was hidden a package with almost one hundred grams of cocaine, a foreigner was detained by intelligence officers. The decision of the Suvorovsky district court of Odessa, the offender found guilty of committing crimes under part 3 of article 305 and part 3 St. 307 Criminal code of Ukraine.
Drug traffickers sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. The appellate court of Odessa region left the sentence unchanged.
