KIEV. July 17. UNN. In Izmail, Odesa oblast, more do not register the death of pigs, however, measures for containment and eradication of ASF continue. Only in the Izmail district of Odessa region destroyed 3205 pigs, reports UNN , citing data from Gospodarevskaya.
So, in the Izmail district, as of July 12, was destroyed and burnt carcasses of pigs in the village Loshchynivka (84), Nova nekrasivka (60), Novopokrovka (6), Stara nekrasivka (119), Sorrel (217), Larzhanka (172), and in the city of Izmail (42).
Also the animals were destroyed on the farms “Ismail Novasko” (1497) and “Freedom” (1008).
Now picture posts in Izmail has been removed, the only exception is the village of Morocco.
We will remind, according to people’s Deputy Sergei Trigubenko, outbreaks of ASF have led to a sharp increase in imports of Dutch and Brazilian pork to Ukraine.
“From the beginning, we’ve increased the indicators of the imports in the nine times (compared to last year). Of course, this trend affects the price of fat for Ukrainians”, – said Trigubenko, and added that all this is happening against the background of the lack in the state (over a year) the relevant Minister of agrarian policy.
