Accidents in Kharkiv: Prosecutor commented on the sentence passed Zaitseva and Dronovu
KIEV. 26 Feb. UNN. The state prosecution considers the sentence to Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronovu in the case of a fatal accident in Kharkov fair. This was stated by the head of Department of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region Maxim Blokhin, the correspondent of UNN.
“We (the prosecution – ed.) believe that the verdict lawful, objective and fair. The court granted the rating of each piece of evidence in the deliberation room,” said Blokhin.
Recall, the Kiev regional court of Kharkov recognized Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronova guilty of a fatal accident and sentenced to Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronovu – 10 years of imprisonment.
Resonant accident occurred October 18, 2017 in the center of Kharkov. Then the SUV running Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronova collided at the intersection of streets Sumy and lane Mechnikov. After the collision, the Lexus Zaitseva thrown into pedestrians, killing six people.
