Arrived on the scene rescuers found that partially collapsed an attached apartment on the second floor. Collapsed ceiling of the attic, roof and staircase of a two storey dwelling house on a total area of 100 square meters.

The blockage turned out to be the landlady – a woman with a disability the first group. She was saved and sent to the city hospital № 5 for carrying out a medical examination. Visible injuries during the destruction of the woman has not received. The reasons of incident are established.
