A suspect in the murder of a famous boxer in the Odessa hospital will be judged

KIEV. May 17. UNN. The indictment against the suspect in the murder of hooliganism famous boxer in the Odessa hospital sent to the court. This is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

“The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region on may 16 of the current year sent to Malinovsky district court an indictment against a suspect in the murder of hooligan motives”, – stated in the message.

We will remind, in April of 2015 in the center of Odessa between the two men had a conflict with a firearm, resulting in one of them was hospitalized. Later, the suspect broke into the hospital and shot the victim.

It should be noted that more than a year the man disappeared from investigation authorities, for which he was declared internationally wanted. The suspect was detained by law enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation and on the request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine transferred to the competent authorities of Ukraine.

In February, 2017 at the request of the Prosecutor’s office of the Seaside district court of Odessa the suspect was taken into custody.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was carried out by the investigators of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Odessa region.

As reported UNN, the Odessa, the court allowed to detain the alien who shot the boxer in the hospital.
