KIEV. August 30. UNN. A resident of the Odessa went to court with the application for establishing the fact of his direct involvement in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, stay directly in the area of ATO in the period from November 2017 to March 2018. About it reports a press-the centre of judicial power of Ukraine, reports UNN.
“The applicant by the competent authority refused to grant the status of combatants, than the young man disagrees, therefore requests the court to establish the fact of his direct involvement in anti-terrorist operations. Now, the court opened the proceedings and assigned the case to trial”, — stated in the message.
As noted, in support of the requirements, the applicant noted that on the basis of orders of the Main Directorate of the National police in Khmelnytsky oblast and Main Directorate of the National police in the Donetsk region was in the area of ATO during the internship in the position of inspector of the sector of prevention of Kramatorsk police Department GUNP in the Donetsk region in the period from November 2017 to March 2018 and tasks stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On combating terrorism”.
Recall almost 200,000 people who took part in the ATO, received the status of combatants.
