A repeat offender from motives of revenge was beaten by police in the Odessa region

ODESSA-KIEV. 7 Nov. UNN. In the resort village Zatoka 23-year-old man in an alcohol intoxication have attacked a district police officer. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the national police in the Odessa region.

The attacker repeatedly struck in the face by a senior district police officer of the sector of prevention of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi police Department.

During a pretrial investigation it was established that the 23-year-old man was already brought to criminal responsibility and prematurely released from prison. And as the police officer he assaulted, earlier denounced him to the crime and brought to justice, decided to take revenge on the policeman.

The court appointed an attacker a penalty of 1 year imprisonment.

According to the conclusion it is judicial-medical examination, the victim discovered injuries in the form of closed cherepno-a brain trauma, concussion, multiple abrasions and bruises on the face and extremities, belong to the category of light bodily injuries.

“Statements made in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. Open criminal proceedings on signs of part 2 of article 345 (resistance to representative of authority, employee of law enforcement Agency, member of public formation on protection of a public order and state border or a serviceman) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, — said the head of Belgorod-Dniester police Department Evgeny Orlov.

We will remind, in the night of 4 to 5 November during a call to the place of theft police met resistance from the attackers who threw a grenade towards militiamen, with the result that five of them were injured.
