ODESSA-KIEV. March 13. UNN. Law enforcement officers in Odessa region are investigating the circumstances surrounding dog attacks on a pensioner. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region.
The incident occurred in the Ovidiopolsky area where dogs of Alabai breed attacked a 71-year-old woman and bit her. Now the victim is in the hospital.

“The police established that the victim was looking after a house in the village of Sanzheyka of the Ovidiopolsky area. When the woman went into the yard, two of the neighbor’s dog snapped and attacked her. Now the woman is in the hospital in the black sea”, – stated in the message.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under article 128 (careless serious or moderate bodily injury) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of public works for the term from hundred fifty to two hundred forty hours, or corrective works for the term up to two years, or restraint of liberty for a term up to two years.
