KIEV. August 16. UNN. The court of appeal of Zaporozhye region has appointed consideration of the appeal counsel truck driver, who is suspected of committing a fatal accident, which killed six people. About it reported in a press-service of the court, reports UNN.
“The court of appeal of Zaporozhye region reported that he had received and assigned for consideration the appeal of the defender Elena Usova, which acts in the interests of a suspect in the Commission of a criminal offense under part 3 St. 286 criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person driving the vehicle, entailed death of several persons), the decision of the investigating judge of Ordzhonikidze district court of Zaporozhye from 11.08.2018 year, which granted the petition of the investigator and the citizen S. applied the measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days before 08.10.2018 years without defining the size of the pledge,” – stated in the message.
So, the meeting was scheduled for today, August 16, at 16:20.
Recall, 10 August, 2018 on the route “Kharkiv-Sevastopol” in the Zaporozhye region there was a clash of the truck “KAMAZ” with the van. The accident killed six people, including five children. Another 12 people were injured. Subsequently, the court took custody of the driver of “KAMAZ”, a suspect in committing the accident.
