KIEV. March 26. UNN. In Kharkiv there was a fire in a nine-storey shopping center “Central House of trade”, which on the street the Suzdal numbers. As reported UNN, the rescuers, from the premises of the 4th, 5th and 6th floors was brought out 31 people.
“… of commercial establishments on the stairs of the 2nd floor burned power cables in the area of 2 sqm and switchboard in the basement in the area of 3 sq. m. the Combustion of polymeric materials has identified a large number of dangerous smoke. The administration of the institution managed to bring the majority of visitors and workers to fresh air until the rescue team arrives, but some still remained on the upper floors of the building. The smoke people disoriented, could not find a way out and gasped,” – said in the message.
In SSES noted that, despite the danger of poisoning people with products of burning, rescue workers immediately organized the evacuation of gas and smoke protective service.

The fire was liquidated with the help of fire extinguishers.
“Thanks to prompt actions of rescuers and the administration of the shopping centre managed to avoid the dead and injured. The alleged ignition reason now is established”, – added in gschs.
We will remind, the fire in shopping centre “Winter cherry” in Kemerovo have found 64 bodies, identified 15 people killed. Among the dead are children, dozens of people reported missing.
The Consulate of Novosibirsk has told that among victims of the fire are no foreigners, in particular citizens of Ukraine. In addition, according to the Ukrainian representatives of the 44 people who have suffered and are in hospital, there is Ukrainian, too.
