ODESSA-KIEV. April 28. UNN. Odessa oblast Prosecutor’s office sent to court indictment against the former Deputy mayor of Odessa Zinaida Tsvirinko. This was during a briefing the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko, the correspondent of UNN.
“The person is accused of office negligence which has entailed heavy consequences (part 2 of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, improper performance of their duties, and unfair attitude towards them by the Deputy Chairman of the city Council led to the tragic events in out-of-school institution “Victoria,” said Zhuchenko.
Recall that consideration, the court found the indictments against the Director of the children’s camp, the former head of the Kiev regional Department of civil service on emergency situations in Odessa region and the inspector of the regional Department SSES.
In addition, the court in the case of a fire in a camp “Victoria” has sentenced the teacher.
As reported UNN, the fire in the camp Viktoriya killed three children.
