A court in Odessa has justified Marushevska in the case of awards

The prosecution were represented in court by an employee of the national Agency for the prevention korruptsiei and the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General Alexander Keech.

Marushevskaya lawyer drew the court’s attention to the fact that “not only the composition of adminprotokoly, but has expired a term of one year, during which the person can be brought to administrative responsibility”.

The former head of customs also expressed surprise that the statement about the alleged offence revealed he wrote the first Deputy head of the SBU Paul Demchina.

In turn, the representative of the NACP insisted that a Palestinian violated the law on conflict of interests when receiving UAH 500 prize and should be punished.

Chairman of the court Alexey Starikov heard the explanation of the ex-head of customs Marushevskaya, the arguments of the defense and the prosecution and rendered a verdict of acquittal.

In February, the NACP on Marraskuu made the administrative Protocol in connection with the issuance of the award in the amount of 500 UAH, which was dedicated to 8 March, the former head of customs were also given explanations about it.
