“The court decided to extend the measure of restraint against the suspect,” – said in the message.
Thus, the court in pre-trial investigation the suspect left in jail for 37 days.
We will remind, the attack on the activist use of weapons occurred on 1 may. The suspect fired the gun of traumatic action in the activist near his home on the street Szeged in Odessa. The bullet hit the activist in the back of the neck.
