KIEV. 20 Nov. UNN. The hearing in criminal proceedings about premeditated murder during the riots on may 2 in Odessa, has not occurred. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the court.
So, today was the scheduled meeting of Malinovsky district court of Odessa, which is indictment with premeditated murder during the events of 2 may.
“In connection with impossibility in advance to notify all jurors of the date and time, the hearing did not take place. On the next date and time of the hearing will be announced later”, – stated in the message.
As reported UNN, on November 15 held a preparatory hearing in the murder case during the riots in Odessa. A panel of judges appointed consideration of the case by the jury.
We will remind, on may 2, 2014 in Odessa the riots 48 people died and over 200 were injured. Most died during a fire in the House of trade unions.
