KIEV. July 13. UNN. The Moscow Prosecutor’s office announced the suspected attacker, who used eight-month-old daughter for pornographic photographs. This is stated in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv, reports UNN.
According to prosecutors, the man, who is already involved in pornography, simulated sexual abuse of his 8-month daughter and filmed it on camera. These photos, according to authorities, he distributed on the Internet via a Russian web resource yandex.ru.
“Now the pervert announced on suspicion of distributing pornographic images containing child pornography, that is, in the Commission of crime, provided part 4 of article 301 of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.
As reported, the issue of additional qualification offense under part 2 of article 156 (indecent assault committed against a minor child the father) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
In proceedings appointed forensic computer-technical examination, during which will be found to be confined to the offender only the removal of pictures with young daughter and did not commit other crimes against the child.
In addition, as told in the press service, today the local Prosecutor’s office sent the petition to the Desnyanskiy district court of Kyiv on the application concerning the suspect the measure of restraint in form of detention. For made to it threatens till 10 years of imprisonment.
