In the Crimea completed a pre-trial investigation in the case of Dzhemilev’s lawyer

KIEV. May 5. UNN. The investigative Committee of Russia in the occupied Crimea has completed the preliminary investigation in the case against the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev. About this on his page in Facebook wrote to his lawyer Nikolai Polozov, reports UNN.

“The investigative Committee of Russia in the occupied Crimea has completed the preliminary investigation in the case against Mustafa Jemilev,” he writes.

So, according to Polozov, the amount of the charges has not changed:

— part 3 of the article 322 of the criminal code (illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation, namely the crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation when entering the Russian Federation a foreign citizen, the entry of which into the Russian Federation known to the perpetrator is not allowed on the grounds, stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement);

— article 224 of the criminal code as amended by Federal law from 07.13.2011 No. 420-FZ (negligent storage of firearms, created the conditions for its use by another person, if this caused grave consequences);

— part 1 of article 222 of the criminal code as amended by Federal law dated 28.12.2010 № 398-FZ (illegal acquisition and storage of ammunition).

“According to the charges, the defense pointed out that Mustafa Dzhemilev does not recognize the legality and validity of the charges on any of the points,” he adds.

It is noted that the protection has started acquaintance with materials of the case according to article 217 of the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation

We will remind, earlier the management of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Crimea on 13 April presented the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev accusations under three articles of the Russian Criminal code. Declaring charges Dzhemilev said his lawyer Nikolai Polozov. According to the lawyer, against Dzhemilev are now using the materials in Ukrainian Affairs, his son Hayser.

It was also reported that the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev intends to achieve expansion of Western sanctions against those who persecute him in Russia and her annexed Crimea.
