Belarusian oil refineries will get crude oil from Russian companies at world market prices, stated the first Vice Prime Minister of Belarus Dmitry Krutoy, reports “Interfax”.

“If to speak about the agreement on oil, the oil market, the Russian side agreed that Belarusian refineries would buy the oil by agreement with the Russian oil companies at prices which are set on the world market,” said Cool, who was quoted by the state Agency BelTA.

In addition, Steep said that Minsk will negotiate on oil supplies from all the constituent entities of the Russian oil market, and not only with large companies.

“We just have for many years used that oil to Belarus delivers basically the big five – Rosneft, LUKOIL, Tatneft and other companies. With them, too, the negotiations will, of course, required to continue. But the concern “Belneftekhim”, and our refineries will continue to work with all constituent entities of the Russian oil market. The very next week negotiations will begin,” he explained.

First Deputy Prime Minister also announced that, as shown by the January negotiations, a certain limitation was the fact that the Belarusian market was considered for the Russian oil companies export.

Earlier, on 7 February, the Deputy head of the presidential administration Dmitry Kozak said that Russia will continue to supply oil to Belarus on commercial terms, and the parties reached an agreement to export Russian gas under the terms of 2019.

According to him, Russia can not change the regulation of its oil sector, the internal rules of the Federation remain.

Kozak also said that in achieving agreement to export to Belarus will be allowed all companies, regardless of production volumes.
